Since I still haven't beat Mirkwood with the Lore mono deck, let's continue banging away on it. I have a short window of just over an hour this afternoon to bang out a game.

  6. Combat: I was hoping to get a location or treachery on this draw so as to eliminate the current Dol Goldur Orcs. Too bad so sad. Erebor defends, Shadow none, +1 D. Denethor defends, Shadow none, no effect. Beravor attacks for net 2 D on one of the DGOs.

It's curious how when playing Tactics I go into location lock it seems like all the time, but when playing Lore, the enemies are relentless. I managed to get ahead of them for one round, but wasn't able to keep ahead.
